Athena Champion Warranty Information
Unless Specifically noted, warranties are as followed:

Two Years: Little Guy and Little Pro low speed handpieces
One Year: "E" style low speed motors, all low speed contra angles, all low speed nosecones/straight attachments, and Fiber Brite Systems.
Six (6) Months: all high speed handpieces and replacement cartridges

Warranty applies from the date of the end user. All warranty claims must be sent to Athena Champion for evaluation. Warranty claims are limited to replacement or repair at the option of Athena Champion.

Athena Champion warrants its products to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and materials under normal installation use and service.

Repair Procedure
If handpiece is sent in as a warranty repair please include original invoice with handpiece. If handpiece is not under warranty send handpiece to us with return information, name of dental supplier and what is wrong with the handpiece.

Return Procedure
Dental Supplier:
Before returning merchandise a returned goods authorization (RGA) must be obtained from customer service.

Doctor:
Contact your dental supplier for their return procedure.

Return Policy
Any product returned is subject to 15% processing charge.
Invoice with serial number must be provided on all returns. Open packaging and used product are subject for evaluation for credit, exchange, or repair this decision will be made by Athena Champion. Piece parts are not returnable. Returns must be prepaid .
